You will receive the contact information of the driver and tour guide 1-3 days before the departure.
Driver and tour guide working hours:
1. Private tours and private customization are small car tours, with the driver and tour guide being one person, referred to as the driver-tour guide. If a separate tour guide is required, please consult customer service for the fee.
2. The law stipulates that the maximum daily working hours in North America is 10 hours. Drivers and tour guides must pay extra fees for overtime. If overtime occurs, please pay the driver and tour guide directly in cash during the tour. (7-seater car: $50.00/hour; 15-seater flat-top car: $60.00/hour; 15-seater or 12-seater high-top car: $80.00/hour, which may be adjusted during peak season)
3. Daily itinerary time: from the departure time confirmed with the driver and tour guide to the time when the guests are sent to the hotel, a total of 10 hours. (It is recommended that the rest and meal time during the trip does not exceed 2 hours)
4. To ensure the complete itinerary, please cooperate with the driver and tour guide to arrange the tour time and order to avoid overtime and need to pay extra overtime fees.
5. As the driver-tour guide has the dual duties of both driver and tour guide, and is limited by the reality that parking is difficult at many attractions, the driver-tour guide will only give a brief explanation on the bus and will not usually accompany you into the attractions. If you need a driver-tour guide to accompany you into the attractions, you will need to pay the driver-tour guide's ticket and parking fee.
6. During the actual tour, different vehicles and tour guides may serve you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Hotel Questions:
1. All hotels checked in shall be subject to our company's "Group Participation Certificate".
2. Some booked hotels involve the hotel's resort fee, which is charged by the hotel for providing customers with various value-added facilities (such as swimming pools, gyms, etc.) (mostly applicable to Las Vegas hotels and resort-style hotels). This fee is not included in the group price and cannot be paid in advance. Guests must pay it when they actually check in.
Luggage and child seats:
1. The luggage allowance of guests varies according to the type of vehicle. If you need to carry large luggage, such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, or a large amount of luggage, please confirm with the customer service staff when making a reservation whether you can carry it.
2. According to relevant traffic safety regulations, infants and children need to be counted in the total number of passengers even if they do not occupy seats.
3. If you are traveling with children, please inform the customer service in advance when booking and provide information such as the child's age so that a child seat can be prepared in advance. You will be responsible for any related expenses incurred due to the provision of infant/child seats (including but not limited to the rental of infant/child seats, fines for violating relevant laws and regulations by not placing infants/children in child seats, and related expenses for deducting points or revoking the driver's license of the driver and tour guide due to violating relevant laws and regulations by not placing infants/children in child seats).
